Windows 10: I am leaving windows

Basically I am leaving Windows. I have used Windows since I was child but more and more and more and more and more Microsoft is behaving as if my computer is their computer. I am sick of it. I realise now that the price for freedom from the sickening imposition of Microsoft on my life, despite the fact that they are a service provider, is to move to Linux and teach myself to code if necessary. I am sick of being 'welcomed' to my own machine. I am sick of imposing 'updates' that ruin my experience of MY machine. I am sick of the stupid, 'helpful' **** that you can't get rid of. I am sick o

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

   Windows Insider.
   
2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.
