Windows 10: I am locked on airplane mode. Doesn’t allow me to turn it off it is simply greyed out

Use a razoer blade. As I said airplane mode isn’t turning off, so wifi can’t be used. It is simply greyed out and therefore automatically on

Have tried option 4 to turn off airplane mode. Initially it looks as if it has worked, but then it goes back to greyed out.

Using it to turn on the airplane mode works, but then you don't have an option to switch it off.

Any other suggestions ?

I would suggest you to turn it off follow steps below:
1. Press Windows + I form keyboard to open setting.
2. Go to network and internet.

3. Click on Airplane mode and select turn off.
