Windows 10: I am locked ost og my pc too many pin code tries What Can i do? I am 90 years old

I am locked out of my pc. Pc login screen says too many pin code tries and restarts. What do i do now? I dont have otter log in options. It wouldnt let me reset pin code either. I am 90 years old

Confused - lock code/pin code?!

Hey guys, what's the difference between lock code and pin code on the N8? I'm guessing lock code is when you lock the screen and it asks for the code, right? So what's pin code? (btw, i have one remaining chance for pin code, so don't want to put the wrong
thing in...)

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

    What is the make and model of your computer?

    Are you not able to enter pin code in the lock screen?
    

I suggest you to use On-Screen keyboard and check if can enter the pin code.

Use the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) to type - Microsoft Support

Note: Applies to Windows 10.
