    I am locked out of my laptop its saying that my pin is no longer available


    I am locked out of my laptop its saying that my pin is no longer available and I have forgotten my password I have changed my password with Microsoft on my phone put it in on my laptop but still saying wrong password can someone please help me thanks. *Original title: Angela 315

    Pin no longer available.

    Set up my new acer laptop running windows 10 with a pin. Shut down for the night and now it won't let me sign in Says "your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. But I can't actually get into the computer
    to change any settings. Please help! .

    No search box to even get to settings. cant do anything. Any advice. Pin no longer available due to change in security settings it says?? I didnt change anything just got laptop 2 days ago cant even use it

    No longer able to use PIN on laptop

    Hi.

    I am able to use my PIN on my tablet and my phone. However, I can no longer use my PIN when signing in on my laptop. It has been many months since I was last able to use it on my laptop. When I select the PIN option now on my laptop, it says I am unable
    to log in this way due to your setup settings. I am unsure what steps to be able to use my PIN again on my laptop. I really, really do not want to use a new PIN if at all possible
