Windows 10: I am logging in my Administrator account but it is not logging in

I am singing in Administrator account but it is not signing in. It is showing error "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannnot be loaded". Also there is no option showing for switch account. Ctrl+alt+dlt is not working. Neither I am getting sign in my main account nor Administrator account. What happened I don't know. Please help me same issue is persisting again and again. I attached the video rec. for problem.Please call me n help me. I have done all the available tutorial like Holding Shift n restart and F8 restart it is not workingThank You

Log into Windows 10 as The Administrator, not the Local Administrator

Hello,

I request you to enable built-in admin account and create a new account with all admin rights.

Steps to Enable Built-In Administrator account.

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Select Command prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type “net user administrator /active:yes”.
  
• 
  Once you’re done, you can access your built-in administrator account by logging off your current account anytime.
  

Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

• Go to Start menu and then click on Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
• Select Add an Account.
• Enter a user name and press Next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
• Check if issue persists.

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account


Hello,
Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

How-to enable auto log-on in Windows 7?

I need the computer to boot and then automatically log into Windows 7.

The account would automatically log into a standard account (non-admin) with no password.

However, I also have another account in that same computer (which is an admin account).

If I was to enable auto log-on into this computer, how would I be able to log into the administrator account that I have later if it skips the log-in screen?
