Windows RT Surface Trying to Log in with KNOWN password but it's saying that it's INCORRECT when it isnt.

As the subject entails, I am trying to log into an old Windows RT Surface to extract the old photos inside but it is not accepting my password. The error messages goes along the lines of saying it is incorrect, I must use my Microsoft live account, and how I can reset it. Well I did reset it and logged in successfully which is how I am typing this post up with the updated password yet it is still not working on the Surface. It is connected to WiFi so I am not sure why it is not accepting it?? I have attempt to enter the password but going into command prompt yet it is still saying it is incorrect after I enter my bitlocker safekey and everything. I tried all passwords and method but still no success. I am not looking to reset the Surface since I need to log in and export all the old photos inside. This has to be a software issue for sure. Please help

Even made sure the keyboard loadout hasn't changed/ still US. To double-check I also used the on-screen keyboard and clicked the view icon to see what I am typing and its still the right password but still viewed as incorrect.
