    Hello,

    Hope you all are fine, well want to discuss my issue that I'm using HP laptop ProBook Intel processor core i5 windows 10. I bought it from China 2 year back when I was studying over there, when I reached in Sydney, Australia I realize something is wrong with my laptop. And that is I'm not able to access the internet. and my many products are expired including my windows at that time I'm not able to realize what to do. then I realize that in China I use the VPN name as PUREVPN it's paid. don't know its due to this or something else also my some file are encrypted.

    well, I get some help from below mention windows to support but that not enough because my problem isn't solved.

    Well, my friend tells me to buy CASVPN to access to the internet in this issue, he also faced this type of problem when he returned his hometown from China. through this VPN I'm able to access the internet through different servers which they offer.
