Hi , I want to add my college account to my laptop with windows 11,

when I'm trying to connect my college email, after entering the email and password a message pop on the screen as " hold while your company for register, after that a error message open on the screen.

Also I added the screen shot of it.

please explain me about how to fix this issue?
