Windows 10: i am not able to download or update any app in microsoft store

i am not able to do anything in the store ......... it says that the problem is from our side

not able to download or update apps on store

Hello Microsoft, why I am not able to update apps or download apps from store while I am on wi-fi network? I am able to surfing internet and facebook and all applications are running good on wi-fi. Also able to download maps. Please give me proper suggestion.
I am getting frustrate because on same wi-fi network all my friend able to use play store.
