Can't download Windows Web Experience Pack from Microsoft Store. error: Something happened on our end

As the title says. I can't download the Windows Web Experience Pack from Microsoft Store. It saying "Something happened on our end". I'm on Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build: 22631.2715).

just re-installed Windows today. But widget was not working so I uninstalled the Windows Web Experience Pack using winget. Now I can't even download it.
