Windows 10: I am not able to hear any the other person on a call made from your phone app

I have a Desktop PC running Windows 11 and I have setup Your Phone app to connect my Pc and Android Phone. and I have a headphone connected to my PC through the headphone jack. now, when I made a call using your phone app, I wasn't able to hear anything through the headphones. I was able to hear audio through them when I played some music which confirms that the headphones are working fine with my Desktop. but not when making calls.

Person not able to hear my voice over phone call

Other person whom I am calling is unable to hear my voice. Pl suggest solution on urgent basis. Software is updated and while connecting earphone, problem is resolved.

Please be informed that Skype is an inbuilt feature in Windows 10 phones which cannot be uninstalled.

However, if you want to get rid of your Skype contacts from the phone's contact list, follow the below steps.

1. Go to Settings > Account & sync > Skype, and from the menu button, select "Remove" and tap "OK" on the prompt.

2. Open up the Skype app, and log in again. This time, choose not to sync your Skype contacts when given the option.
