I am not able to transfer my files from mobile to pc through USB it shows that please update your device's settings to accept media transfers what should I do

Unable to transfer files from USB drive to PC

my pc does not work properly with the usb drives. when i try to copy a file from usb to pc then the usb drive shows automaticaly removed and disconnect with pc. i m unable to transfer files from usb to pc. it does'nt complete the file transfr opration. please
suggest me to solve this issue.

OMG. I have never met anyone who actually bought one of those file transfer things.



Firewire will do the same as USB, but faster, so will a cheap crossover cable. I can wlak you through the steps of moving data so you will not miss a beat.




Anything more than $10 to buy a cable is too much.

There are many many ways to transfer files from a PC to a Mobile

You can connect your mobile directly to your PC via USB cable, then on the mobile, set USB to file transfer, you can then drag and drop files into a folder on your mobile

You can use Bluetooth to transfer files to the mobile, if your Pc has Bluetooth capability

You can use the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive, iCloud . . etc)

On your PC upload files to the cloud in a web browser, then on the mobile, you can pull those files down from the cloud . ..
