    I am not able to use finger gestures on my touchpad.


    Currently, I am using Windows 11 on a Lenovo laptop. Earlier I used to use all the touchpad finger gestures on my laptop, but I could not do it for a few days. I can only do 2 finger scrolling using my touchpad & not other gestures. I updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded many drives & also tried various methods, but nothing worked. Please help me with this problem.

    I understand that you want to disable the three-finger gesture on your PC. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the question below.



    1. What is the exact model of the PC?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?


    Refer the article
    Which version of Windows operating system am I running?



    I would suggest you to refer the section Navigating using multi-finger gestures and the sub-sectionNavigating within applications using Three-Finger Flick
    from the article
    HP Notebook PCs - Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10)     to disable the Three Finger gesture.



    Note: The article talks about enabling the gesture, to disable the gesture we need to make sure the box next to Three Finger gesture is unchecked.

    touchpad gestures two finger scroll not working Asus 501

    Hi there,


    1. Go to N501VW | ASUS Global Downloads
    2. Download the latest ATK - ATKPackage driver
    3. Download the latest TouchPad - ASUS Smart Gesture (Touchpad Driver)
    4. Uninstall both the Touchpad driver and the Asus ATK package driver.
    5. Reboot
    6. First install ATKPackage driver (IMPORTANT to do this FIRST)
    7. Reboot
    8. Then install the TouchPad driver (may need to reboot)
    9. Test if all is working as it should


    I had this same issue with my Asus UX305 when I upgraded to Windows version 1803 and doing the above steps solved the issue for me.

    I understand that you are unable to use the three fingers swiping feature not working after updating the version of Windows. We will need some clarity on this issue to guide you accordingly. Hence, kindly respond to the questions
    below.



    1. What is the make and model of the PC?
    2. Which touchpad driver is installed on the PC?


    I would suggest you to check the gesture settings in the touchpad settings. Follow the steps to check for the gesture settings.



    1. Open Settings > Devices > Mouse.
    1. Now on the right hand side click on
      Additional mouse settings.
    2. Select the Device settings tab and click on
      Settings.
