Windows 10: I AM NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS MY LOG IN BECAUSE it is stating the Information is incorrect

This is my second time with windows;


thee system was processing updates and it cost me $150+ and after paying that I had to reload the software., Now my desk top is in airplane mode and I am unable to get it changed, When I turn the computer on I AM NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS MY LOG IN BECAUSE it is stating the Information is incorrect. No internet service. I run a small business and I don't need this. You created windown 10 now fix this. If you have this amount of customers with this many issues -- would that say something to some at the head of this company -- wouldn't you think?

So far I like it with just a few issues, and they are minor.

• The name of the person who created the thread and the date is really lite and hard to read for me.
• When you are logged in the thread titles are in bold and look great, but when you are logged out they are normal, and very hard to read. We have a lot of users that come, and do not login. So, I suggest changing it to where everything is bold if you are not logged in.

Windows Firewall - how to allow access

I believe that my firewall is blocking access to Family Tree Maker / Ancestry / MacKiev SYNC - I can't see any reference to any of these names in the allowed list ....

I can't see any way of adding to the allowed list

Any suggestions ?

 

Windows 10: Issues with logging into the computer and getting incorrect password message.

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with Windows 10. I will certainly help you.



This issue might occur if there is Internet connectivity issue.



To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

• When you say that "my password in it says it's incorrect", are you trying to login as Microsoft Account or Local Account on the computer?
• Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to check whether caps lock or Num lock in enabled or not while entering the password.

Also I recommend you to enter the password through On-Screen Keyboard. Check if it helps.

1. At the login page.

2. Click on Ease of Access icon which is present at the bottom right corner of the Screen.

3. Then click on On-Screen Keyboard option from the list.

4. Enter the password through On-Screen Keyboard and try to sign in.
