    I am not allowed to add 365 to my computer, how do I cancel the order?


    I had a change over in computers and lost my Office Suite. I placed an order for 365 to be used on a computer I use for personal and work jobs. My boss won't allow it on the computer. How to I stop my order?

    You may not have paid yet, if your calculation of date is correct, but of course when you took the free trial you provided the payment method.
    Unless for some reason Microsoft have confusedf the paid for version with the free trial version - you simply go as here

    However the only people who can sort it out for you is Microsoft, as no one else, I suspect and certainly - not me- can know what has actually happened.

    May I suggest you send a contact to Microsoft asking them
