Windows 10: I am not getting windows 11 23h2 update. Why is it not coming up. Can you fix this?

HiI know that windows 23h2 has come out, but I have not got the update yet. Can you fix this?

Windows 10 will have a 23H2 release like Windows 11 23H2 ...?

So, with Windows 11 23H2 in Fall 2023, will not be Windows 10 23H2, but instead something like Windows 10 22H2v3, that’s correct?
