Windows 10: I am not getting windows 11 updates, currently on Version Dev OS build 21996.1

Hello, This is my current windows specifications.... Edition Windows 11 Home Version Dev Installed on ‎05-‎12-‎2021 OS build 21996.1 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 321.14700.0.3 i am not getting any windows updatesso far my update history shows, 2 driver updates, 2 definition updates microsoft defender and 6 other updates malicious software removal toolbut my OS build is still 21996.1, check for updates show you're up to dateso why am i not getting updates?

How I can change back to stable windows 11 build from this ?

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22489.1000.0

I am using these version of windows currently, I don't want to continue in this rs_prelease build and I am not able to leave from insider program option, It seems like grayed out. So there is no way to moving back to windows 11 stable os. Please suggest any help

 

Taskbar unresponsive in Windows 11 (Beta+Dev)
