Windows 10: I am not part of any family group yet i still dont have access to many features.

I have checked if i am part of any group. i am not. but whenever i try to open any microsoft app, it will say I need permission to use this app. if i click ask by email, it gives me an error. please help me

Issue with Microsoft family features "sign in so you dont miss out popup"

Hello. I am running windows 11 pro and i have been facing an issue ever since I've left my family group. So i was in a family group, and i one day left it. Once i left it, i cannot open some apps (including some system apps) and i face the popup saying to "sign in so i dont miss out". when i click on "sign in", the login screen gets stuck on "just a moment" for hours, then closes. I am no longer a part of the family group, but still face the issue.

i have tried:

• migrating my local account to a microsoft account
  
• removing my microsoft account from the pc
  
• disabling and stopping the parental controls service
  
• killing wpcmon.exe from the task manager
  

renaming the prompt's filename or something (i followed a youtube video for this one)

nothing worked. please help me, this is urgent, i can access barely any apps.

 

Last member (Adult) unable to leave Family group

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...
