Windows 10: I am not receiving the code by email or phone to reset my pwd

I am not receiving the code by email or phone to reset my pwd. I tried different ways and nothing happened to receive the code.

Hacker Keeps resetting my Live email password.

I think he is trying hard to get to my Steam account again. Like I added in my first post I had a password reset for steam email.

And last time he did it I had several password reset emails in my live before (I suppose) he got it to work.

Now I don't even feel like my gmail is safe. I have it set up for Phone SMS and 2 step verification. Although I think he is having a hard time with my gmail.

HOW IS HE DOING IT!

 

Can't receive POP 3 E mail on Windows 7.8 phone

I am having an email problem for the last 2-3 weeks as well. An account that worked fine for several months stopped working. WP7 keeps telling me the password is bad, yet I can go to my email acct, enter the pwd, change the pwd, (which means the old
pwd was good) and the new pwd is also bad according to the phone. I spent nearly an hour with my email provider tech support. I can send and receive msg from that acct on every device except the WP7. Tech suppt suggested making a whole new acct and trying
that. The new acct would not set up on the phone either. I have another acct on the phone, set up the same way that works just fine. WP7.8 on an HTC Titan II. I even hit the reset button on the phone and rebuilt the whole thing. Everything is good except
that one email acct. These are the most exasperating problems when something has worked fine for a good amount of time, then stops.

 

Not able to receive confirmation codes sent to me

Hi! Lately, I don't seem to be able to receive confirmation codes that are sent to my email addresses, so that I can logon to their sites. This recently happened several times when tracfone tried to send me codes. And today - it happened when I tried to logon to the Melaleuca site, which requires confirmation by code, too. I have read online instructions on how to fix the problem, but I can't see how any of their suggestions could help fix the problem. I absolutely never block texts from unknown numbers, so that that doesn't apply to me. I absolutely never receive codes in my junk folders. I always type my email address and phone correctly - so it's a waste of tim to remind me to do so. I absolutely never use airplane mode - plus all of our phones and computers are able to get online fine. So I don't see how someone's suggestion to turn it off and thn back on can help anything. So what else can you suggest I try? Should I reinstall my operating system (Windows 10) and start all over - would that help? Thanks!
