Windows 10: I am not receiving verification emails from Microsoft/

Dear Microsoft,I've been trying to migrate my mojang account to a microsoft account for months. But then I didn't get a confirmation code. At first I thought it was Mojang because I didn't get an email from that. After further research, I have found that if I want to change my settings for my mail account in Microsoft, I have to authenticate by mail or mobile phone. When I try via mail I also don't get an email from Microsoft itself with the verification code. If I try with mobile I get the code. But that doesn't solve the problem that I can't migrate my minecraft account because I don't get

However, you can try using other options to request the verification code i.e. requesting the code over a call or as a text to your phone number and see if that helps in resolving the issue.

I understand you're not receiving a verification code for your Microsoft account. If your security info's are up to date, you may be experiencing delays receiving the code which I have also experienced before. But if you have already waited too long and have made a couple of attempts, I suggest following the suggested steps in the "Troubleshooting verification code issues" section on the support page below.
