Windows 10: I am recently being blocked from getting to my MD EZPass account.

I am recently being blocked from getting to my MD EZPass account. I used to be able to get there without problems. www.DriveEZMD.com. Running Windows 11 Pro. After googling I tried going to Control Panel\Windows Defender Firewall\Allow an app or feature through... However, it is only listing apps and it's not letting me browse to or enter a website. What else can I try?Thanks

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Blocked app is still playable, and doesn't look like it's staying blocked on the list

• Is the child account signed in as a local or a Microsoft user account?

I suggest you to check the Firewall settings on the system.

Steps:-

• Block the app from Recent Activity.
• Press “Windows Key + X” and select Control Panel.
• Go to System and Security and select Windows Firewall.
• Click on “Allow an app through Windows Firewall”.
• Select Firewall Settings and check the status of the app there.
