I am replacing my machine with the same machine but it has windows 11. Can I replace that drive with windows 11 with my windows 10 drive?

Replace video card in Windows 11

How do you replace a video card in Windows 11 if you have no video output, due to not being able to install the card's drivers until the card is installed, and there are no onboard graphics on the mobo?

Here is what I've tried so far:

• Disconnected all other peripheral devices(except monitor, of course), then booted with only the replacement card physically installed
  ,
  
• Re-installing the old card along with the replacement card and installed the drivers for the replacement card, then uninstalled the old card via Device Manager and physically removed it and left the replacement card installed. But, when I boot the machine the monitor tells me it couldn't detect any HDMI signal.
  
• Tried using the VGA port of the replacement card, but got the same result(monitor tells me there's no VGA signal)
  
• In all cases, checked to make sure the monitor was configured for the specific video output
  
• Removed and reinstalled CMOS battery, then tried to boot with only the replacement card installed
  

My mobo is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI rev. 1 with the latest UEFI upgrade installed(66b).

My APU is an AMD Ryzen 5600X.

Replacing the device, install Windows 10 to another machine

Is it necessary to warn Microsoft Support before replacing the device, install Windows 10 to another machine or reinstalling? If I need to, where to write?

 

Restore Win 10 Pro after machine replaced under warranty

Back in March I bought Win 10 Pro for a machine I've had replaced under warranty. Obviously the new machine doesn't have Win 10 Pro, and the old machine is gone. How can I activate Pro on my new machine without buying a whole new one?
