    I am running Windows 11 Pro, 23H2. I am unable to download 2024-09 Cumulative Update


    My computer did not download the 2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64 based Systems KB5043076. A download error 0x80070032 was noted. I have tried without success numerous times to download this update. I always receive the same error message. Help!
