Windows 10: I am running windows 11 with Realtek 1Gb capable network adapter

Discus and support I am running windows 11 with Realtek 1Gb capable network adapter in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; . I cannot receive anywhere near my 900Mb broadband speed.Only 200Mb using ethernet cat 8 cable or 50Mb wi-fi.Any ideas guys?I tried wifi an my iphone...
