Windows 10: I am showing an old email with my sign it how do I change this to the correct one

My sign in window is showing an old email not the current one that I need to show up how do I fix this

I changed my MS Account email but the Mail app shows old address - How to update?

I don't want to remove my Microsoft mail account. I want it to reflect the correct email address.

In step number three above, I only see one email address and it is the
old one, even though on my Microsoft Account Profile there is only one email and it is the
new one.

I am signing on to the PC with the new email and the mail app only shows the
old email. :-( Furthermore, when I send an email the from: is also the old address.

I have also tried to switch to a local account and then reconnect to no avail.

 

Incomplete email address, so I can not sign into laptop.
