Okay so I just recently got the Dell Inspiron 13 5000 for Christmas. It is using Windows 10 and everything is up to date. I only got it 5 days ago.

I really like it but whenever I am using a web browser I think it only happens when I'm on youtube the video will start to glitch. This is fine, I just reload the page. The issue is that the screen will freeze for a few seconds before the whole screen goes black with a little static box. I will still have a cursor but I can't do anything. I have to force my laptop to turn off to restart it.

I have tried looking online to find a solution but that just confuses me more.

    Please help!

    :)

  2. New FF - passwords

    Hi:

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox Help

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
    • Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?

    Thanks,
    MM

Mitsubishi Intros A Pair of New DiamondCrysta Wide Series Monitors

Looks like they are IPS, but is it true that they are fully 120Hz compliant? I see they seem to list Dual Link DVI connections but I'm confused by the diagram that suggests the monitor internally generates the extra frames. *Confused I am so confused!
