Windows 10: I am so tired of Windows 11..

Hi, i have decieded to try Windows 11, i am very happy with the upgrade from Windows 10. BUT i have a question about the phone link stuff. I have a iphone, which means i need a computer with Bluetooth, which i do not have since its a desktop i have build myself. How do i remove the phone link ****, because i am so tired of EVERYTIME i turn on my computer i am getting asked if i want to link my phone. Where i click "Maybe later". Where i can get the same message the next day i turn it on. If WIndows 11 REALLY want my phone that much. Then i dont want anything to do with Windows 11.. So i hope i

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
