I am Solitaire Premium Subscriber but I am still getting the adv

Premium solitaire.

I did sign in with my Microsoft account.

I have about 9 months to go on my 1 year Dell warranty.

After getting the computer back after it was repaired and Windows wiped out and installed, the Solitaire program is on my machine.

But... It keeps telling me that I must subscribe to Premium Solitaire to avoid the ads. I subscribed for a year on January 17, 2017 so an expired subscription is not the issue.

When I click the app Microsoft Solitaire Collection I see Guest first, and then Guest changes to Syncing Data and the name I selected for my premium solitaire.

When I click MENU --Up grade to premium flashes highlighted by orange. When I click upgrade for 1 year: $14.99 I see the following:

Reinstall from the Store:

Uninstall this app (go to Settings < System > Apps & features) and then install it again from the product page in Windows Store. Your license needs to be refreshed to make in-app purchases.

I haven't uninstalled because I wasn't sure how to do all of this and how to find all of this.

When I cleck MENU and Statistics my statistics are shown from before the crash.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Status

I am supposed to have premium status for Microsoft solitaire until 25 Dec 2020. I'm getting ads and requests to subscribe for premium service. This happened once before and a Microsoft Tech guy fixed it. I have seen this same problem posted in the past
and have already tried those solutions. The order number 8979804644.
