Windows 10: I am still having a problem with windows insider build 22622.590

Ok so in the previous versions I could not open file explorer and control panel, in the new updates it was said to be fixed but I am still having the same issue

Windows Insider: Can't update past 22622 Error code: (0x8007000d)

Hi! I'm stuck on build 22622 on the Beta channel. Everytime I try to update (KB5016700 right now) it says "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"

I was expecting this to go away when a new build was released but it didn't seem to help. Any tips or another way of downloading the update?

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate

I suggest running those commands as administrator. Just in case.
