Windows 10: I am struggling with the account recovery process. The process seems to take a long time...

I have faithfully provided all the information I can and I am confident that it is correct - especially the email details. I am submitting my data from my laptop from my normal location. I do not know what else I can do to recover access to my Microsoft account. The system has twice rejected my applications without explaining what I have done wrong. Is there anything I can do to increase my chance of success? Better still, is there a help-line or alternative route I can pursue? I understand that account security is important but I am losing faith in the account recovery system especially when

Dual iexplorer processes???

Only 2? I get 3 when I run IE. It's a "feature" of IE since IE7.

Basically it runs a second process side-by-side as the "recovery feature". If the first process crashes the second one becomes the dominate process and all web pages are restored.

Then it starts another process to act as the "recovery feature".
