Windows 10: I am stuck in a page while setting up my new laptop.

I can not go back neither go ahead from this window showing fingerprint setup. It is my new laptop and just setting up. What can I do?

Stuck when start setting new laptop





Im just starting my new laptop, and get stuck when set one drive.

Any suggestion?

 

Set Up New Laptop with Windows 11 Bundle and Stuck in Let's Add Your Microsoft Account Page

Hello, I'm setting up a new laptop that has windows 11 bundle in it. While setting up until add microsoft account step, i left it to create new account in phone and when i went back the screen turn into Let's add your Microsoft Account page with no option to back or restart the process. I have trying to restart the laptop, but every time it'll show this exact same page. I am also trying to press multiple button combination in keyboard but it still stuck in the same page. I have attached the particular page below. Thank you.

Hi,

Initially, I suggest you to unplug all the external devices connected to the system (except keyboard and mouse) and try to reboot to check if the issue persists.

If your using a laptop then, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps

Power Drain

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec.
• Plug the charger/power cord and reboot the system

Also, suggest you to restart the system multiple times and check if it works.
