Windows 10: I am stuck in a reboot loop on Bitlocker Recovery

I am stuck in an infinite loop here Even if I enter the key system reboots and shows the same screen and if I press esc for recovery options or f11 to choose an alternate os it does the same it reboots back to this very screen.So the problem I had was BSOD System Service Exception what failed NTFS.sys I was stuck on that screen and unable to enter recovery.I was on a loop of undoing changes made to your computer and BSOD So to enter recovery I tried everything but nothing worked so I turned off the secure boot and was somehow enable to enter recovery after that but nothing helped neither start

If you do not know the BitLocker recovery key, then to get it, you may

BitLocker Recovery Keys. This should send the recovery key to the mobile phone number on file.

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.
