Windows 10: I am stuck on a account recovery loop

I got the prompt that I need to verify my account. If I use the first prompt with my original email, I don't get a code. If I try to do the "I don't have these anymore" option I get a code in my secondary email and reset the password. When I attempt to login again I go right back to the verify account screen.The code isn't in my spam folder and gmail doesn't have an option for allowing a trusted senderPlease help?

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
