Windows 10: I am stuck on Blue screen of death. Someone help please

So suddenly i got stuck with the blue screen of death. I restarted my pc and it said "your pc ran into a problem" and then it restarts. Now everytime it restarts and shows "preparing automatic repair" and then it shows "choose and option"1. Exit and continue to windows 11 i clicked and it restarts the pc to same point2. Use a device i tried using usb hd disk and still nothing happens3. Troubleshoot tried resetting both normally and advanced, its says there was a problem resetting your pc. No changes made and gets back at the same screen4. Turn off your pc obviously Tries using comman
