Windows 10: I am stuck on unsupported mode on my monitor

So me and my friend were trying to see what the most hz my monitor can go to, we set the resolution to 480p and 120hz but I didnt notice that we did that on the "recommended" display and hz now i dont know how to change it back i tried starting windows in safe mode, it just stuck to the blue "unsupported mode" for my display and i think it might be because we unchecked in custom resolution utility all the boxes on the left, how would i fix this without having to factory reset or something like that P.S I also have a question about if you can use your phone as a monitor by just using a usb

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

How to fix unsupported mode for windows 10 (Seiki Tv monitor)?

Hello,

I am having a tough time with the unsupported mode for my tv. Ever since I have upgraded my computer to windows 10... it has cleared out all my NVidia driver updates (which I have to install in order to get audio and better resolution). When I reset my desktop,
the seki tv monitor said "unsupported mode".

What I use on a daily basis is a hdmi cord (hooked up from my desktop to the television).

Do you guys know how I should fix this problem? Is there some sort of reset settings?

Also, another problem I have is if I leave my hdmi cord on between my desktop to my television on and use the VGA cord for my computer monitor... it keeps turning my PC monitors display and will sill show unsupported mode for my seiki television.

I am extremely grateful If I can get some answers ^.^
