Windows 10: I am the only administrator, but locked out of files saying need administrator to open in...

I am the only user. Somehow some of my files can only be opened by the "Administrator", but I have no way of getting them to open. No idea how it happened, but need to open them. Help please. Files and PC are in Windows 11.
