i can't open cellular . it show ''turn off'' always.

Lenovo Recalls 208,000 ThinkPad Batteries

On March 1, 2007, Lenovo voluntarily recalled certain 208,000 9-cell lithium-ion batteries. These batteries were manufactured for use with ThinkPad notebook computers that shipped worldwide between November 2005 and February 2007. All ThinkPad R60, R60e Series, ThinkPad T60, T60p Series and ThinkPad Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p Series with 9-cell 10.8V, 5.2 Ah batteries with part number FRU P/N 92P1131 are being recalled. All affected batteries will be replaced free of charge. Lenovo suggests those computers with defective units remove the battery and use the AC adaptor until a replacement has arrived.

Cellular turned off after windows update

If it's a Windows Update then it can be rolled back using System Restore as long as there's a Restore Point before then. Only a Version or Feature Upgrade must be rolled back within 10 days. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-r...

You can also access an older driver whether Roll Back is available or not, in Device Manager > Driver name > Driver Tab > Update Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick > work backwards through all previously installed drivers, which even survive Version Upgrades. You can also always install the older driver,

Keep in mind you also have a one year manufacturer's support, repair and replacement warranty that comes with any hardware so if problems persist you can call on the PC manufacturer's Support to fix or replace it, making sure it gets done soon enough so you can ensure the repairs work in time for the warranty expiration, or extend it.

Lenovo 260 ThinkPad does not recognise internal cellular SIM card

My Lenovo 260 ThinkPad runs Windows 10. It has an internal modem which takes a SIM card for a cellular connection. Recently the SIM card icon no longer appears on the Network & Internet connectivity menu. I am only able to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi.
How can I fix this.
