Windows 10: I am trying start Open Dj service in my laptop but it giving me error

DJ mixer drivers

I understand that you are receiving an error code 10 in Device Manager for your DJ Mixer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



As per the error Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)", we will need to manually update the drivers. For more information, see Error
codes in Device Manager in Windows.



To update the drivers, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
2. In Device Manager window, find the DJ Mixer device.
3. Right click on it and select Update Driver.
4. Restart the computer.

You may also want to try downloading the drivers from the device
manufacturer’s website and install them.

Smart DJ Error

As a sort of update, I'm fairly certain this is related to Zune Access Pass. Before the pass this worked fine. After I cancelled the pass it stopped working and started throwing the error message. Did anyone else find this to be the case?

I'm wondering if the phone is still going to Zune marketplace to create a Smart DJ list and is getting an error because the account is no longer there.

Be nice if one of these clever MS Stars would wade in.
