I am trying to but E A sports fc ultimate team in the Microsoft store but keep getting a payment error message . I have more than enough credit in my account so what is going wrong?

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.

Hello I was just wondering if anyone knows weather I can buy a windows 10 pro product key with my Microsoft balance , when I choose buy option it gives me an option to add gift balance but I don't want to load 200$ on my account if I can buy a key , any

Microsoft Account Balance Issues

I am trying to buy a movie for $5 using my account balance, but I cannot see an option to use it. The only three options are using a credit or debit card, PayPal or a phone. Something that I find odd is that I have sufficient funds, but using that money is still not an option. Viewing my amount says that it expires soon, but I'm not sure whether or not that affects anything. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. How can I use my account balance?
