Windows 10: I am trying to buy windows 10 , i cannot , due to your software

I am trying to activate windows 10 on a new pc , everything is installed and up to date , when i want to activate my windows 10 it asks me to go to the store , all good , then it asks me for a payment , enter the details as far as post code and it wont accept the postcode , i may not go any further , i have entered the correct post code but it says incorrect format , the frustrating part is that all of my details are already on my account ! please help

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
