I am trying to connect my Google Pixel 3a to my computer using bluetooth to be able to make phone calls from my computer, but it's not working. I have connected them through phone link and that works fine to access photos and messages, but I can't manage to connect the bluetooth. Every time I try a pop-up on my phone says "Link to Windows wants to mkae your phone visible to other Bluetooth devices for 120 seconds" I then press allow, and it loads for a bit and then says we couldn't add your device. My phone's bluetooth is on, discoverable, not connected to anything, and is sitting on my desk r

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

 

Stop Windows 10 from asking to link phone to computer

Besides Group Policy, what other ways have you tried ?
Do you utilize Shared experiences, Share across devices ?

Unlink your phone from your PC running Windows 10, use these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Phone.
• Click the Unlink this PC option. Unlink your phone from computer.
• Click the Home button.
• Click on Devices.
• Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
• Select your phone.
• Click the Remove device button.

 

Your Phone can't see my Bluetooth (connected Phone)




Hi All,

The attached screenshot says it all. I have a Huawei Mate 10 android phone bluetooth connected to my Windows 10 machine. The "Your Phone" app has connected to the phone but claims that my PC has no bluetooth. I have dragged my bluetooth devices window (replete with my phone's current bluetooth connection) over the Your Phone app to show the inconsistency between what Your Phone is saying and what Windows 10 is saying. Has anybody got any ideas why Your Phone can't see my bluetooth connection?
