Windows 10: I am trying to delete the file from two years its giving me the message .

Couple a years ago i tried deleting the file called "reminder theorem" but that time it gave me a message that it could not find in the location.

The only thing I can think of is if a process is currently using the file. Does it give an error message at all when you attempt to delete it?

 

Looking for Program to give access for move/delete

I keep being denied when trying to delete certain files or folders or even move them for that matter. I know I have seen a program that grants access to do anything and everything like moving/deleting the files so I can stop getting this annoying error message. I do have admin rights.

Can anyone give me the name of the program?
