I am trying to download tax preparation software and I get the following: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. HELP!

Tax Preparation Windows 10S

Is there any way to prepare your 2019 taxes on a computer with 10S? It seems like no tax software can be downloaded using 10S. I'm not sure if any online options are available.
