Windows 10: I am trying to factory reset my windows 10 computer.

I need help, I try to factory reset my windows 10 computer and its saying failed, I tried downloading windows using the tool, it still failed. I've tried looking up multiple tutorials on youtube saying "sfc /scannow" sfc /scannow doesn't work either. it says "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." I've tried looking up how to fix it and it didn't work. At this point it is frustrating and I dont know what to do. I even tried upgrading to windows 11 but that didn't work either. I have a USB stick with windows installed on it and even that isn't working. I would like so

Trying to Factory Reset Windows 10 w/o Administrator/BitLocker/USB

Hello,

I have been trying to reset my Surface Go. I do not have access to the Administrator account, hence why I am trying to factory reset my PC. I do not have a USB available, nor do I have a USB I can use to create a bootable media to reinstall Windows 10. I have tried resetting Windows 10 from the Troubleshoot Menu (Holding Shift while Restarting), but when I complete all the steps, my PC does not factory reset.

My Version number is 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1052)
