I am trying to fix corrupted system files, but I am having trouble using command prompt to...

Recently I have had a lot of crashes with my PC and I have finally narrowed it down to corrupted system files. I used "sfc /scannow" and it could not repair the files as the source files were also corrupted. I have tried taking ownership with Command Prompt but it has problems. This is a copy paste from one of my attempts to take ownership of a System Service Model file. "C:\Windows\system32>TAKEOWN /? C:\Program Files\ReferenceAssemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.ServiceModel.dll ERROR: Invalid argument/option - 'C:\Program'. Type "TAKEOWN /?" for usage. "I have received clean files

    :)
