Windows 10: I am trying to livestream fortnite, but everytime I leave the tab to do something else on...

I am in windowed full screen and everything else I try doesn't work.

Zackary’s suggestion of using borderless windowed is great and just be what you needed. Be sure also that there are no windows that could try to gain focus on top of Fortnite.

Dear Dr.Vivek,in this case I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall FORtnite;

Then leave Windows in performance mode;

Right-click on the start menu and go to System;

Click Advanced System Settings;

In the Performance section, click Settings;

Check the Adjust for better performance option and click Apply;

Check if the stutter still persists in Fortnite;
