I am trying to login to my computer I can says device offline try old password and it won’t let me use my pin I just got my computer pls anyone

I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?

My computer is making me use my old password on the desktop saying the device is offline.

I am not having any problem with network connectivity on my computer. All network tests and Internet connectivity work fine. The only time it says offline is when I try to log in with the new password. If I use the old password it logs in just fine.
I have tried to make it sync the password and settings but it doesn't change anything.
