    Hi Microsoft , I am paid customer of microsoft I have purchased the Microsoft windows 11 pro.10 days back there was a malware attack.My pc now can't access my recovery files code , passkey was deleted ,the other email id account used for recovery is also not workingeven though I have tried recovery codeI have paid slip of the window pro that I purchased .I have also tried recovery from old recovery mail.How can I recover my account present on this PC earlier?Thanks ,NM

    How to recover the lost messages?


    1. Re-create your mail folder hierarchy by dragging folders into place in the Folder list. Note that any folder you have created to group sub-folders but that does not itself contain messages will not appear in the Folder list and so must be created again.
    2. Re-download the list of newsgroups from each news account.
    3. Reset your subscribed newsgroups and download messages again.
    4. Reset synchronization options on IMAP and newsgroup folders.
    5. Edit any message rule that moves or copies messages to folders other than the Inbox.
    These are the steps from which you can get the lost information back. And if your information not recovered again then it might be severe problem .In this case you have to go for recovery software to get your dbx files data back. I can refer you a link which can surely help you to get your lost data back. Try

    My Microsoft account has been hacked my email, recovery email, and password have been changed I cannot recover it.

    Yesterday my Microsoft account was hacked and both my email address and recovery email address has been changed as well as the password.

    Now when I try and login I get account does not exist I can see what the email was changed to though. I have tried to use the recovery form without success and now have to wait 24 hours to resubmit a form.

    Also I have not got a recovery code to input either.

    I've followed all the steps to recover my account in all the forums and guides, again to no avail.

    I have also not made any purchases on this account so there is no trail to link it to,

    I have now lost access to my 2015 Minecraft account because it was merged with Microsoft and I no longer have the transaction id for the account.

    I've also scanned my pc for any malware and nothing turns up.

    I've sent a support ticket to Mojang as well but they will probably point me back to Microsoft.... and so the circle continues.
