    I am trying to remove the Deakin account from my microsoft as I no longer study at Deakin.


    It asks me to log in to remove the account but I can no longer log in as I have completed my study. Can you please remove my deakin account and only have skyet account?

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Child Features has been enabled after changing my account to Adult in Microsoft Family.

    I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck. Any other suggestions.
