Windows 10: I am trying to set screen time on my other devices, however I am not getting access online...

I am trying to set screen time on my other devices, however I am not getting access online to them.i keep getting run around and can't even get live online support to fix this problem!

Error: "Currently the hardwrae device is not connected to the computer, code 45", while trying to access touch screen on Windows 10

I suggest you to try the below to enable touch screen and check if it helps.Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start Menu, locate and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by: Category and change it into
  Large or Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on Pen and Touch, once there click on the Touch tab and check the option
  “Use your finger as Input
  
• 
  Device”.
  

Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

OneDrive Personal Vault - accessing from Android device

I am trying to access my OneDrive Personal Vault using my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.
Whatever I try I end up with a screen telling me to create a Personal Vault, rather than opening the existing one, which was in fact the 'starting point'.

Steps taken:
- sign in using my Outlook account
- select verification method (send a code to my gmail account)
- paste that into the verification screen

After clicking [Verify] I get this "Create a Personal Vault"-screen.

Any suggestions?

OSK PIN login on non-touch device

Hello,

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
